Job Profile – Product & Process Trainer
Package – up to 45k in hand
Location - Indore (M.P.)
Industry - Financial Services ( Forex & Comex)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Prepare training modules to conduct various training programs, including Product & Process Training, Soft Skills Training, Communication Skills Training, Sales Training, SOP Training, Induction, and more.
• Monitor and coach executives on grammar, pronunciation, syllable stress, and other aspects of the English language, culture, etc.
• Develop action plans for underperforming employees and ensure they progress on the learning curve.
• Coach advisors on improving product & process knowledge, create learning solutions, and customise training delivery.
• Conduct OJT & Refresher Training, organise JKQ, and complete the certification process.




• Conduct sessions on Compliance & Customer Satisfaction.
• Oversee the sales team’s performance, ensuring productivity, providing necessary training, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed, based on business requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Minimum Graduate or Post Graduate.
• Talkative, Enthusiastic, and Creative.
• Knowledge of the global market. (Forex & Comex)
• Fluent English communication; sales & marketing skills required
