Role Description The VP of Growth Strategy is a full time, on-site role based in Uttar Pradesh, India. This role is responsible for designing and executing growth strategies across routes, products, and customer segments to drive revenue, market share, and profitability.



Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives, analyzing market and competitive data, and identifying new opportunities for sales, marketing, and business development. The VP will collaborate closely with senior leadership to align growth plans with corporate objectives, oversee performance tracking and reporting, and adjust strategies based on insights and results. This role also involves building partnerships, optimizing customer acquisition and retention programs, and mentoring teams to foster a high-performance, innovation-driven culture.
Qualifications
