Job Description
What You Will Do:

• Lead and manage the Sales Closing team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving business goals.
• Own the end-to-end sales closing process, including client interactions, commercial negotiations, documentation, collections coordination, and deal closure.




• Drive conversion of qualified leads by ensuring timely follow-ups with customers, Channel Partners (CPs), and brokers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, delivering a seamless and skilled customer experience throughout the sales journey.
• Partner closely with the Sales, Marketing, CRM, Legal, Finance, and Pre-Sales teams to ensure smooth execution of the sales process.
• Monitor sales performance, conversion metrics, and team productivity, implementing data-driven strategies to enhance business outcomes.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular performance reviews, training, and continuous feedback.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and standard operating procedures throughout the closing process.
• Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, MIS, and business insights to senior management.
