Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Research and Development Engineer role based in Gandhinagar. The R&D; Engineer will design, develop,



and improve electrical products and solutions aligned with Sonepar’s industrial and commercial markets. Daily responsibilities include conducting research on materials, technologies, and market needs, performing testing and validation of prototypes, analyzing performance data, and documenting findings. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product management, engineering, sales, and logistics to translate customer requirements into practical product designs. The engineer will also support continuous improvement initiatives, ensure compliance with relevant standards, and contribute to innovation projects that enhance product reliability, sustainability, and efficiency.
