About the role
Advit Jewels Ltd. is looking for a proactive, organised, and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage the complete customer relationship cycle, from pre-sales enquiries to post-sales service. The role involves coordinating with buyers, customers, suppliers, and internal teams; managing calls and WhatsApp communication; maintaining documentation; and supporting jewellery launches, promotional creatives, and upcoming events.
Key responsibilities
1. Pre-Sales & Customer Relationship Management
• Handle incoming enquiries and follow up with prospective and existing customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Share jewellery designs, product details, catalogues, quotations, and collection updates with customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team to track leads, follow up on enquiries, and support order conversions.




• Maintain regular communication with buyers, retailers, business clients, and prospective customers.

2. Post-Sales Service & Follow-ups
• Follow up with customers regarding order status, production progress, delivery timelines, dispatches, and pending payments.
• Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production, Purchase, Accounts, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, service requests, and other post-sales concerns.
• Maintain long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat business through regular follow-ups.

3. Buyer, Supplier & Vendor Coordination
• Coordinate with buyers and suppliers regarding product requirements, quotations, samples, order details, and delivery schedules.
