Role Description The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) is a full time, on-site role based in Coimbatore,



responsible for leading the organization’s information security strategy and operations. The CISO will define and implement security policies, standards, and frameworks to protect critical systems, data, and intellectual property across manufacturing, engineering, metrology, and commercial furniture divisions. Daily responsibilities include overseeing cybersecurity programs, managing risk assessments, monitoring security operations, and coordinating incident detection, response, and remediation. The role also involves ensuring regulatory and industry compliance, leading security audits, and aligning information security initiatives with business objectives and continuity plans. The CISO will collaborate closely with executive leadership, IT, operations, and business stakeholders, provide security awareness training, and manage relationships with external security vendors and partners.
