Job Purpose:
The Incharge - Litigation is responsible for managing litigation and dispute resolution processes to safeguard the legal interests of the organization. This role includes overseeing advocates/solicitors, handling court cases, representing the company in legal proceedings, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Manage and oversee litigation processes, ensuring the organization's legal interests are protected in all cases.
Supervise and coordinate with external advocates and solicitors for effective handling of legal disputes.
Represent the company in all legal appearances and provide guidance to external legal consultants.
Ensure successful handling of court cases involving external parties, government bodies, and regulatory agencies.
Establish conciliation and arbitration mechanisms for dispute resolution and appoint arbitrators where required.
