Role Description The Assistant Director Programs is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the Foundation’s programs. This role involves leading program design, developing project plans and budgets, and ensuring alignment with the Foundation’s focus areas, including health, education, disaster management, and socio-economic development.



The Assistant Director Programs will manage and mentor program teams, coordinate with partner organizations and government bodies, and prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking program performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement and scale-up, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies, and supporting resource mobilization efforts. The role also involves representing the Foundation at stakeholder meetings, community events, and networks to strengthen partnerships and visibility.

• Strong program management and project planning skills, including experience with budgeting, timelines, and impact measurement.
