Job OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, source quality candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining.
• Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and databases.
• Coordinate salary discussions, offer releases, pre-joining formalities, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies and monitor their performance.




• Prepare recruitment reports and track shortlisted, rejected, on-hold, selected, and joined candidates.
• Ensure positions are closed within agreed timelines.
• Support employer branding and other HR initiatives as required.

Qualifications and Skills• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in recruitment for automotive, retail, sales, technical, corporate, or multi-location businesses is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive candidate sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tools.
• Target-driven approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
