Role Description The Fresher Sales Manager (Core Agency Channel) role at Bajaj Life is a full-time,
on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the individual will support and build relationships with agency partners and insurance consultants to drive sales of life insurance products across the core agency channel. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, explaining product features and advantages to prospective customers, conducting regular follow-ups, and assisting with policy applications and documentation. The role also involves coordinating sales activities, helping agency partners meet business targets, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to company processes and compliance guidelines.
