We’re a D2C luxury fragrance brand. We’re hiring one person to own Instagram end to end.

What you’ll actually do
• Cut raw footage into short-form edits — we’ll train you on our AI editing workflow
• Plan, schedule and post daily on Instagram
• Write captions in our brand voice
• Support shoots — planning, scripts, on-set help
• Track what’s working and tell us why

What you need
• Taste. Show us an account you’ve run and your best edit.
• Consistency. We post 5–6 times a week, every week.
• Ownership. You should not need a brief for every post.
• Your own laptop. We can’t provide hardware — you’ll need a machine that handles video comfortably. A MacBook is preferred; a well-specced Windows laptop works too.





What you don’t need
Advanced editing skills. We use AI tools for the heavy lifting and we’ll train you on the exact workflow. If you have instinct for what makes a clip land, we can teach you the rest.

Not a fit if you need a brief for every post, or you’re treating this as a six-month resume line.
