Role Description The Business Development Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, expanding the customer base, and strengthening relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and channel partners. The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, generate leads, prepare proposals, and manage the sales pipeline to achieve revenue and growth targets. Daily responsibilities include regular client visits, product presentations, negotiation and closure of deals,



coordination with internal teams for timely delivery and support, and reporting market trends and competitor activities to management. The role also includes participation in industry events, local marketing initiatives, and continuous improvement of sales strategies for the region.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in business development, B2B sales, and client relationship management.
• Experience in channel partner management, territory planning, and market expansion.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and translate insights into sales strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record in building materials, construction, or related industries is highly preferred.
