Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional responsible for managing client
relationships, coordinating with government ministries and departments, supporting project
execution, and driving business development initiatives. The role also involves promoting our
Fostac Training and Certification programs across multiple states, generating leads,
educating prospective participants about the training and certification benefits, and converting
opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Government Coordination:
Collaborate with clients, government ministries, departments, institutions, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful planning and execution of projects.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with clients and act as the primary point of contact for communication, coordination, follow-ups, and issue resolution.

Training & Event Coordination:
Oversee and participate in training programs, workshops, seminars,



and events to support organizational operations and enhance knowledge and engagement.

Fostac Training & Certification Promotion:
Promote the organization's Fostac Training and Certification programs among individuals, institutions, organizations, and relevant government or private-sector stakeholders.

Field Sales & Lead Generation:
Travel across multiple states to conduct promotional activities, meet prospective clients, generate leads, explain training programs and certification benefits, conduct follow-ups, and convert prospects into registrations or business opportunities.

Sales & Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities, develop prospective client networks, conduct sales presentations, negotiate with clients where required, and contribute towards achieving revenue and business growth targets.
Data Management & Reporting:
Ensure accurate and efficient management of client, training, sales, and project-related data. Maintain updated records
