About KaanchKaanch is a growing glassware and tableware brand bringing personality to everyday living and hosting. From statement glasses to our recent plates and bowls collection, Once Upon a Table, we create pieces that make setting the table feel special.
We’re looking for a Brand & Creative Lead to help build the world of Kaanch a distinctive, desirable brand that customers connect with and keep coming back to.

The roleYou will work closely with the founder to shape how Kaanch looks, sounds and shows up across every customer touchpoint.
This is a hands-on role combining brand strategy, creative direction and execution. You should be comfortable developing a campaign concept, briefing a photographer, reviewing website copy and taking a launch through to completion.

What you’ll own

• Brand strategy: Define our positioning, customer, personality and key messages, translating them into practical guidelines.
• Creative direction:



Establish a consistent visual language across photography, video, social media, the website and packaging.
• Campaigns and launches: Develop compelling concepts for collections, festive campaigns, gifting and everyday storytelling.
• Content planning: Build and manage a content calendar that balances brand storytelling, product discovery and sales.
• Shoot direction: Create mood boards and briefs; coordinate photographers, stylists and creators; oversee final outputs.
• Creator partnerships: Identify relevant voices, develop thoughtful briefs and ensure collaborations reflect Kaanch’s identity.
• Website and customer experience: Improve product storytelling and presentation, and collaborate with operations and support to carry the brand promise through the customer journey.
• Creative performance: Work with the performance marketing team to develop and improve ad creatives while maintaining brand consistency.
