Streamline-Global is looking for a dynamic, communication-focused Business Analyst with hands-on experience in the US mortgage industry. This role combines mortgage domain expertise, business development support, and direct communication with US-based mortgage CXOs.
? Key Responsibilities• Communicate with US-based mortgage CXOs and senior decision-makers through phone calls.
• Spend approximately 70% of your working time on calls with US mortgage executives.
• Understand client requirements and identify opportunities for mortgage operations support services.
• Discuss mortgage processes, operational challenges, and potential solutions with prospective clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand service capabilities and support client discussions.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with US mortgage industry stakeholders.
? Mandatory Requirements✅ 2+ years of hands-on experience in the US mortgage industry.
✅ Experience in at least ONE of the following processes:
• Post-Closing
• Pre-Purchase Review
• Mortgage Underwriting
• Title Search
✅ Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and the confidence to communicate professionally with US-based CXOs.
✅ Robust communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
✅ Willingness to work in alignment with US business hours, as required.
