? Preferred Candidate Profile:

* 2+ years of experience in Home Health Coding / OASIS or related US healthcare coding operations
* Strong understanding of ICD-10-CM
* Ability to independently review clinical documentation
* Positive analytical skills and attention to detail




* Ability to maintain defined quality and productivity standards
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in OASIS E2, Home Health QA/Audit, CDI, or US Healthcare/RCM will be an advantage

? Preferred Certifications:
CPC / CCS / BCHH-C / HCS-D / COS-C or equivalent
