Role Description The Sales Manager - Inverter is a full-time, in office role based in Maharashtra, India,



responsible for driving sales of solar inverters and related solutions. This role includes managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation, closing, and post-sale customer relationship management. The Sales Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities with distributors, EPC companies, installers, and key accounts, while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Daily responsibilities include preparing and delivering technical and commercial proposals, conducting product presentations and training, coordinating with internal teams for pricing, inventory, and logistics, and tracking market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. The role also involves meeting sales targets, developing regional sales strategies, and providing regular reports and forecasts to senior management.
