An established Education Trust with over 30 years of experience in education is seeking an experienced, growth-oriented Principal to lead its emerging CBSE school in Pathankot, Punjab.

The role calls for a hands-on leader who can drive academic excellence, strengthen staff performance, oversee school operations, and lead admissions and enrolment growth in alignment with the Trust’s vision and standards.

Qualifications & Experience
• Postgraduate degree with B.Ed. or equivalent, as required under applicable board norms.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Principal or Vice Principal in a reputed CBSE or Cambridge school.
• Experience leading a school with at least 500 students; experience with approximately 1,000 students is preferred.
• Proven track record in admissions growth, school development, and team leadership.
• Solid understanding of curriculum, board requirements, school operations, regulatory compliance, and financial management.
• Proficiency in school management systems, MS Office/Google Workspace,
