Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Specialist for a full-time, on-site role at our office in Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in HR management and recruitment, preferably within the stock market, financial services, or BPO industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, coordinating recruitment activities, handling employee onboarding and exit processes, maintaining personnel records, supporting payroll administration, and implementing HR policies.

A key responsibility will be bulk hiring of experienced stock market professionals, including Sales Executives,



Team Leaders, Sales Managers, and Branch Managers. The candidate should have a strong professional network and the ability to arrange and recruit at least 10–15 experienced candidates initially, with ongoing recruitment to support our company's expansion.

The candidate will also coordinate with management on workforce planning, employee performance, employee engagement, and compliance with applicable employment regulations.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and recruitment.
- Minimum 2 years of HR or recruitment experience, preferably in the stock market, financial services, or BPO industry.
- Strong network of experienced stock market professionals and sales candidates.
- Ability to arrange and recruit 10–15 experienced candidates initially and support continuous bulk hiring.
- Experience recruiting Sales Executives, Team Leaders, Sale
