About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Pre Sales Executive to join our growing real estate sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales momentum by qualifying leads, building strong client relationships, managing site office operations, and executing end-to-end deal closures. You will work across lead generation, Coordinating with channel partner, and client engagement to ensure seamless property presentations and contribute directly to overall revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Sales Planning & Revenue Generation
• Work on sales targets, unit pricing, and versatile payment plans.
• Monitor market developments, competitor inventory, and pricing strategies to optimize pre-sales approaches.
• Maintain structured, up-to-date revenue forecasts and pipeline projections.

2. Lead Generation & Management
• Self-Sourced Lead Generation:



Proactively identify and acquire independent prospects to drive bookings and meet targets.
• Lead Management: Efficiently manage and track lead distribution to ensure rapid response and high conversion rates.
• Broker & CP Network: Onboard, nurture, and maintain strong networks with channel partners and real estate brokers.
• Corporate Outreach: Organize and execute corporate outreach campaigns and tie-ups for bulk bookings.

3. Site Operations & Client Closing
•Oversee site office operations to ensure an exceptional presentation and visitor experience.
•Conduct guided property tours and site visits, delivering detailed product walk-throughs to prospective buyers.
•Address buyer queries, negotiate effectively, resolve price objections, and drive property closures.
•Oversee post-booking account handovers and transition clients smoothly into the post-sale lifecycle.
