Kheewa Incorporation is an AI-first company building AI-powered automation tools, WhatsApp AI bots, and intelligent business systems for SMEs. We are scaling our Sales & Field Marketing team across Punjab and need a dedicated Sales Recruiter to build it.
*About Role:*
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Recruiter to own hiring for our Sales vertical. You will source, screen, and hire Sales Executives, Field Sales, BDE, Telesales, and Commission-based Sales Agents for Kheewa.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Source sales candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, Facebook Jobs, and local references
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic / video interviews to assess sales aptitude and communication
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with Sales Heads / Founders
- Maintain and update candidate database / ATS for sales roles
- Drive end-to-end recruitment - from sourcing to onboarding for sales positions
- Build a strong pipeline of sales talent for current and future needs
- Achieve monthly sales hiring targets
- Assist in employer branding for sales hiring
*Required Qualifications & Skills:*
- Excellent communication skills (English / Hindi / Punjabi)
- Strong understanding of sales profiles and sales hiring
- Good sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under targets and tight timelines
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
*Positive to Have:*
- Prior experience in Sales Recruitment / Volume Hiring / Field Sales Hiring
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri RMS, Boolean Search
- Startup / agency recruitment experience is a plus
- Network of sales candidates in Punjab / Jalandhar region
