Role Description The Admissions Officer (Guwahati) is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing the end-to-end admissions process at the local center.



The role involves guiding prospective students and families through course offerings, eligibility criteria, and enrollment procedures, while ensuring a positive and informative experience. The Admissions Officer will handle inquiries via walk-ins, calls, and digital channels; conduct counseling sessions; maintain accurate records of leads and admissions; and coordinate with academic and operations teams to facilitate smooth onboarding. Daily tasks include follow-up with prospective applicants, supporting admission campaigns, preparing reports on conversion and enrollment metrics, and adhering to institutional policies and timelines. The position is based at the Aakash center in Guwahati and requires close collaboration with center leadership to meet enrollment targets and uphold Aakash’s student-centric standards.
