Role Description The HOC – Head of Centre is a full-time, in office leadership role based in New Delhi, responsible for managing overall operations and performance of the Heguru India learning center. The Head of Centre oversees daily academic delivery, ensures teaching quality,



and maintains adherence to Heguru’s right-brain development methodology and standards. This role includes supervising and mentoring instructors, scheduling classes, coordinating parent interactions, and addressing feedback to ensure a positive learning environment. The Head of Centre manages enrolments, supports outreach and local marketing efforts, and monitors key performance indicators such as student progress, retention, and center growth. The role also requires regular reporting to senior management, implementing process improvements, and fostering a collaborative, child-centric culture within the center.
