Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Consultant who sells services to retail and consumer businesses. We help retail, e-commerce and technology companies with strategy, SOPs and on-ground implementation across stores, franchise, e-commerce, D2C and omnichannel. This is a consultative services sale: you sell expertise, projects and engagements, not a product. Experience with retail ERP is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate and qualify leads from retail, FMCG and consumer-brand companies, and own the sales cycle from first call to closure
• Understand each client’s retail operations, such as stores, inventory, franchise and e-commerce, and propose the right service scope and engagement model
• Run discovery meetings and presentations with founders,



owners and senior management
• Prepare proposals, commercials and statements of work, and negotiate pricing and terms
• Work with delivery and functional teams to define scope, timelines and effort
• Build long-term client relationships and identify upsell and renewal opportunities
• Maintain leads and pipeline in the CRM, and report on targets, conversions and forecasts
• Share client and market feedback to improve our service offerings

Required Skills & Experience
• 2–4 years of experience selling services, such as consulting, implementation, managed services or IT services
• Proven record of meeting revenue targets in a services environment
• Experience in consultative selling with longer sales cycles and several decision-makers
• Strong communication, negotiation and proposal-writing skills
• Hands-on CRM experience

Preferred
• Experience selling or working with retail ERP or retail technol
