About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented candidates to join Medanta’s Homecare team as Business Development Executives. The role involves interacting with OPD patients and attendants to promote home sample collection, laboratory tests, and health check-up packages, generate bookings, and achieve assigned business targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote Homecare services, laboratory tests, and health check-up packages to OPD patients.
- Explain service benefits, pricing, and available packages.
- Understand patient requirements and guide them based on doctors’ prescriptions.
- Convert patient enquiries into confirmed bookings and follow up with interested patients.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.




- Maintain enquiry and booking records and coordinate with Homecare and laboratory teams.

Eligibility Criteria
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, customer acquisition, retail, or customer-facing roles.
- Individuals with strong communication and convincing skills may apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident, presentable, and skilled in customer engagement.
- Comfortable working in a target-based setting.
