About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced qualified to lead the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) and Export Sales Accounting function across business units. The role will focus on collection efficiency, customer ledger management, export realization, regulatory compliance, forex accounting, and working capital optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Revenue Accounting: Ensure accurate and timely sales invoice booking, revenue recognition, accounting cut-off,



and review of credit notes, debit notes, and sales adjustments.
• Accounts Receivable & Collections: Monitor customer outstanding, ageing, credit limits, and payment terms. Drive collections and ensure overdue receivables exceeding 90 days remain below 5% of total AR.
• Customer Reconciliation: Ensure monthly reconciliation of customer accounts and timely resolution of discrepancies, short payments, disputes, and unapplied receipts.
• Export Sales Accounting: Manage export invoicing and track export receivables from invoice booking to realization, coordinating with Sales, Commercial, Logistics, and Banking teams.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable FEMA/RBI requirements and timely closure of EDPMS entries and eBRC-related requirements.
• Forex Accounting: Oversee foreign currency receivables, realized and unrealized forex gains/losses, and month-end currency revaluation.
