Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Noida. The Sales Executive will engage with prospective students and families, explain LearningShala’s offerings, and guide them through the decision-making process for online degree programs. Daily responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls,



conducting needs assessments, presenting suitable university and program options, and following up to convert leads into enrollments. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, meeting and exceeding monthly sales and conversion targets, collaborating with mentors and counseling teams, and sharing feedback from students to improve processes and services. The Sales Executive is expected to provide clear, honest information, uphold a consultative and trust-focused sales approach, and represent LearningShala professionally in all interactions.
