Role Description: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions. The specialist will partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs,



craft role descriptions, and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for technical and non-technical positions. Day-to-day tasks include managing recruitment platforms, engaging with potential candidates, supporting employer branding initiatives, and ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience. The role also involves tracking recruitment metrics, optimizing processes, and contributing to long-term talent strategies that support FDE School’s growth.
