Role Description The Medicine Specialist will provide comprehensive medical care to employees and stakeholders at the Ramgarh site,



ensuring high-quality clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment across primary care and occupational health needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing outpatient consultations, handling emergency and urgent care cases, coordinating referrals, and collaborating closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to support employee health and well-being. The role also involves maintaining accurate medical records, monitoring workplace health trends, contributing to preventive health programs, and ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards. This is a full-time, in office position based in Ramgarh, requiring regular presence at the facility and active participation in health-related initiatives.
Qualifications

• Strong clinical expertise in Medicine, with the ability to manage a broad range of primary and occupational health conditions.
