Key Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain recruitment trackers.

Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and approved Job Descriptions (JDs).

Coordinate onboarding, induction, probation reviews, 30/60/90-day checkpoints, and exit processes.

Support Performance Management System (PMS) administration and track completion.

Coordinate employee engagement activities, events,

milestone celebrations, and values award nominations.

• Prepare HR reports on recruitment, engagement, retention, PMS, and exits.

Support HR policy documentation and implementation follow-ups.

Ensure confidentiality, data accuracy, and timely completion of HR activities.

Qualifications amp; Experience

Degree in HR,



Business Administration, or a related field.

Relevant experience in recruitment coordination and HR

operations.

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Familiarity with Notion, AppSheet, or HR systems is an advantage.

Excellent communication, coordination, organisation, and follow-up skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
