Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Manager Sales to manage and strengthen our Modern Trade and Quick Commerce business across India. The candidate will be responsible for managing platform operations, monitoring sales performance, analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring effective product positioning across our FMCG portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
1. Modern Trade & Quick Commerce Operations
• Manage day-to-day modern trade and quick commerce activities across platforms such as Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Walmart, DMart, Reliance, and other relevant channels.
• Coordinate with platform teams for product listings, inventory availability, pricing, promotions, visibility, and operational requirements.
• Monitor primary and secondary sales, stock availability, product assortment, and overall channel performance.

Sales Analysis & Business Growth
• Analyze platform-wise sales data, category performance, consumer demand, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Track trending products, competitor activities, and changing consumer preferences to recommend new product listings, assortment changes, or product replacements.
• Prepare regular sales reports, performance dashboards, and business reviews to support data-driven decision-making.
• Identify gaps in sales performance and recommend corrective actions to improve revenue and market share.

3. Platform Management & Market Intelligence
• Monitor platform-specific business metrics, product rankings, search visibility, promotional performance, and other relevant analytics.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to evaluate product positioning, pricing, assortment, and promotional strategies.
