Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Associate to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain highly accurate internal records and ensure strict data hygiene protocols.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, billing cycles, and precise invoicing.
• Ensure strict organizational compliance with internal policies and accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
• Provide essential administrative, logistical, and operational support to the team.
• Manage critical day-to-day financial transactions and general ledger entries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, financial modeling).
• High-level proficiency in industry-standard accounting software and ERP systems.
• 1-3 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
