Role OverviewTycom Technology LLP is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Inside Sales Associate – B2B Technology Solutions to support business growth through lead generation, customer engagement, opportunity development, quotation follow-ups, and sales coordination.
The role involves working with System Integrators, channel partners, dealers, contractors, consultants, and business customers for technology solutions across Telecom, Security, ELV, and Entrance Automation.
Key Responsibilities• Generate new B2B leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, databases, references, and digital platforms.
• Identify and approach potential System Integrators, dealers, channel partners, contractors, and corporate customers.
• Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
• Qualify leads based on requirement, project potential, buying stage, and customer interest.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Presales teams for solution selection and commercial proposals.
• Prepare and share quotations, product information, proposals, and commercial offers.




• Conduct regular follow-ups on enquiries, quotations, project opportunities, and pending purchase orders.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up of every opportunity.
• Update leads, opportunities, activities, and follow-up status accurately in the CRM.
• Coordinate internally for pricing, stock availability, technical information, order processing, and dispatch.
• Develop relationships with existing customers to generate repeat and cross-selling opportunities.
• Support product promotions and sales campaigns.
• Work towards assigned lead generation, conversion, and revenue targets.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales activity and pipeline reports.
