Position 1: Personal AssistantRole Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and professional individual to provide administrative and coordination support to the President of POSSPOLE. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong communication, time-management, and organisational skills, along with the ability to handle responsibilities with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the President’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.




• Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Assist with email correspondence, documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and other administrative requirements.
• Maintain records, track pending tasks, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Liaise with department heads, business partners, visitors, and other stakeholders.
• Handle confidential information professionally and responsibly.

Required Qualifications and Skills
• B.Com graduate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic documentation.
• Professional conduct, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work in a energetic, fast-paced business environment.
