About the job
Think about the last time someone in your family put off an eye checkup.
Maybe it was a parent who finds hospital visits exhausting. Maybe a grandparent who needs someone to take a day off just to accompany them. Eye problems rarely announce themselves loudly, and one of the biggest reasons people delay is easy: getting to a hospital is a hassle.

This is not a script-reading job. You’ll speak with families, senior citizens and working professionals who are often unsure about booking a doorstep eye checkup. Your job is to listen, explain, build trust and help them take that first step. Every conversation you convert means someone’s eyes get checked on time.

You’ll work closely with our marketing and field operations teams, so you’ll see the full journey from a lead’s first enquiry to a completed home visit.
What you’ll do
• Reach out to inbound and outbound leads via calls and WhatsApp, and convert them into confirmed bookings
• Explain EyeSetu’s doorstep eye care service,



packages and process clearly and confidently
• Understand each customer’s needs, answer their concerns and handle objections with empathy
• Follow up consistently with warm leads and bring back those who dropped off
• Schedule appointments in coordination with the operations team
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, including lead status, follow-ups and outcomes
• Meet and exceed monthly conversion and booking targets

What we’re looking for
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (spoken and written)
• A warm, patient and persuasive way of talking to people
• Prior experience in inside sales, telecalling, customer support or business development is a plus. Freshers are welcome to apply
• Comfort with targets, follow-ups and working with a CRM or spreadsheets
• Self-driven, organised and quick to learn
• Willingness to work 6 days a week on a rotational schedule from our South Delhi office
