Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end creative direction for brand activation & awareness campaigns targeted at Jharkhand’s urban and semi-urban audiences.
• Develop culturally resonant, region-specific campaign concepts that align with national brand guidelines while localizing messaging, visuals, and media mix.
• Manage cross-functional teams (design, copy, production, influencers) to execute on-ground activations, digital content, and experiential experiences.
• Collaborate with regional partners, local talent, and media agencies to ensure authentic community penetration and measurable buzz generation.




• Translate campaign KPIs into creative briefs and creative execution plans that drive engagement, recall, and conversion.
• Present and pitch creative work to clients and internal leadership with clarity, strategic rationale, and emotional resonance.
