BrightCHAMPS is looking for a detail-oriented Associate Finance skilled with experience in international taxation to join our growing team
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle compliance, regulatory filings, audits, and risk management.
• Support international taxation and cross-border tax compliance.
• Assist with financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Manage accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Monitor financial controls and identify process improvements.
• Support finance automation using ERP tools and Zoho Books.
Requirements:
• B.Com / CS / CA (Inter level) / MBA Finance or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in Compliance, Risk, or Audit.
• Prior experience in international taxation is essential.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; Zoho experience is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
