Role Description The Business Development Associate (Fresher) will support growth initiatives and partnership development for Mindenious in an in office role based in Bengaluru South. This is a full-time role involving identifying and qualifying potential leads, assisting in outreach to educational institutions and industry partners, and contributing to sales pipelines. The associate will conduct market research to understand student needs, competitive offerings,



and emerging trends in edtech and career development. Daily responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations about Mindenious services, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, coordinating with internal teams, and communicating with prospective clients and stakeholders. The role also includes supporting events, workshops, and campaigns that promote internships, mentorship programs, and career guidance services.
