About the Role
YMCA International Centre, Ahmedabad, is looking for an enthusiastic and well-spoken Tele caller to join its Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will help connect with prospective members, respond to membership enquiries, follow up on leads, and schedule visits to the centre.

Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective members and follow up on incoming enquiries.
• Explain YMCA membership advantages, facilities, packages, and approved pricing.
• Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
• Identify prospective members' requirements and encourage them to visit the centre.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate visits for the Sales Executive and Sales Manager.
• Maintain accurate lead details, call outcomes, and follow-up schedules in the CRM or designated records.
• Reconnect with interested prospects who have not yet made a membership decision.




• Support the team in achieving lead follow-up and membership conversion targets.

Candidate Requirements
• Good verbal communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp and MS Office.
• Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to communicate professionally in Gujarati, Hindi, and preferably English.
• Consistent follow-up skills and willingness to work towards targets.
• Freshers are welcome; prior tele calling, customer service, or sales experience is an advantage.
