We're Hiring: JDE E1 Functional Business Process Expert
Are you an experienced Oracle JDE E1 professional with deep expertise in Order Management, pricing, and customer service processes? We are looking for a skilled functional expert to join our team to drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and service solutions.

? Key Requirements & Experience:
• JDE E1 Functional Expertise: 8+ years of hands-on functional experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Distribution, or Service Management roles.
• Core O2C & Pricing Knowledge: Robust expertise in sales order entry, processing, line types, activity rules, fulfillment, invoicing, returns, and base/advanced pricing rules.
• Service Management & Integrations: Practical knowledge of service orders, work orders, warranties, repairs,
and ERP integrations involving CRM, EDI, portals, eCommerce, and WMS/3PL.
• Solution Delivery: Proven track record in leading business process workshops, requirements gathering, testing, UAT, and end-to-end ERP enhancement delivery.
• Communication & Leadership: Strong stakeholder management, acting as a credible functional partner between business stakeholders and technical teams across global organizations.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline.
? Desirable: Practical understanding of automation, analytics, AI, customer portals, and digital Customer Service capabilities.
