Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain robust backend services using Node.js/Express (or NestJS).
• Build responsive and dynamic front-end applications using React.js with Redux for state management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices in both backend and front-end development.
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of the applications, focusing on user experience.
• Work with RESTful APIs to integrate backend services with front-end components.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain quality and knowledge sharing across the team.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability, working with load balancers and other scaling tools.
• If applicable, assist with basic AWS tasks (EC2, S3) or manage Linux server setups.
Required Qualifications and Skills
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in full-stack development.
• Backend: Proficient in Node.js and Express.js; knowledge of NestJS is a plus.
• Frontend: Strong experience in React.js and Redux.
• Databases: Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.
• Version Control: Experience with Git and Git-based workflows.
• Deployment: A basic understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS) or Linux servers is a big plus.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
