About the role :
We are looking for a highly organised, analytical, and execution-focused Chief of Staff – Operations to work closely with the senior leadership team and drive operational priorities across the organisation.
The role will act as a bridge between leadership, operations, and cross-functional teams, ensuring that key business initiatives are translated into clear action plans, tracked effectively, and delivered within defined timelines.
The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to operations, business planning, project management, MIS/analytics, and stakeholder management, preferably within the Food, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, or related sectors.

Responsibilities :
1. Strategic & Operational Support• Work closely with senior leadership on operational planning, business priorities, and strategic initiatives.
• Translate leadership priorities into actionable plans with explicit owners, timelines, and deliverables.




• Track critical operational initiatives and highlight delays, risks, and dependencies.
• Support leadership in reviewing business performance and identifying areas requiring intervention.

2. Operations Management & Coordination• Coordinate with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Procurement, Quality, Finance, HR, and other functions to drive execution.
• Monitor operational performance across locations and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
• Identify process gaps and support teams in developing practical solutions.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination for critical business projects and operational challenges.

3. MIS, Analytics & Business Reviews• Prepare and consolidate MIS, dashboards, reports, and management presentations for leadership reviews.
• Analyse operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
