We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about recruitment, enjoys interacting with people, and can manage the end-to-end hiring process while delivering a positive candidate experience.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, evaluating, and hiring suitable candidates across various roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure timely closures without compromising on candidate quality.

1. End-to-End Recruitment
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding job requirements to candidate onboarding.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role expectations, required competencies, and hiring priorities.
• Screen resumes,



conduct initial telephonic interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels.
• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely feedback and closure.

2. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, professional networks, and other relevant channels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
• Identify innovative sourcing strategies to attract relevant talent.
• Maintain an updated database of candidates and ensure proper tracking of recruitment activities.

3. Candidate Experience & Engagement
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep candidates informed about interview schedules, feedback, selection decisions, and next steps.
