The role
We're hiring one Sales Executive in each of Mumbai and Bengaluru to win new projects and retainer clients. You will find prospects, run discovery meetings, position the right services, and take deals to close. Our design, development and marketing team in Pune handles delivery.
What you’ll do
• Build and work a target list of real estate developers, healthcare brands, manufacturers and growing SMEs using LinkedIn, referrals, networking events and website enquiries
• Reach owners,



marketing heads and directors by phone, email, WhatsApp and in-person meetings
• Run discovery to understand the client’s business, audience, competitors and goals, and write a clear brief for the Pune team
• Recommend the right mix of branding, advertising, digital, website, print or consulting services, using our case studies as proof
• Work with the proposal team so a tailored proposal reaches the client quickly after the meeting
• Handle objections, follow up, and close, with pricing and discounts approved by the CEO
• Stay in touch after launch and identify the next project or retainer
• Log every lead, meeting, proposal and follow-up in the CRM and join a weekly pipeline call

What we’re looking for
• 1–3 years of direct sales experience in marketing, branding, advertising, digital, web or print services (agency, media house, printer, software company or similar)
• A record of meeting or beatin
