Role Description: | Operations Manager – Health Insurance Telesales

Experience: 5+ years, including 2–3 years in operations management
Salary: Up to ₹13 LPA (subject to approval)
Education: Graduation preferred
IRDAI Certification: Preferred, not mandatory

Role Overview:
Manage health/general insurance telesales and call center operations, lead sales teams, achieve business targets, improve conversions, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:




• Manage daily telesales and call center operations.
• Lead team leaders and insurance sales representatives.
• Drive sales targets, productivity, and conversion rates.
• Monitor AHT, FCR, CPA, GWP, and call connectivity.
• Manage CRM, predictive dialers, and lead allocation.
• Conduct coaching, call audits, and performance reviews.
• Ensure IRDAI compliance and customer data privacy.
• Prepare MIS reports and handle escalations.

Required Skills:
• Health/general insurance telesales experience.
• Call center operations and team management.
• Insurance product, underwriting, and claims knowledge.
• CRM, predictive dialer, Advanced Excel, and MIS reporting.
• Solid leadership and communication skills.
