Job SummaryThe candidate will be responsible for visiting cosmetics shops, beauty stores, salons, medical stores, and other relevant retail outlets across Mumbai to introduce ESVORA ORGANICS products, acquire new retail partners, and generate sales.
This is a work-from-home and field-sales opportunity with no office attendance required. The candidate will work independently, manage their field visits, follow up with potential clients, and achieve assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities• Visit cosmetics shops, beauty stores, salons, medical stores, and other relevant retail outlets across Mumbai to pitch ESVORA ORGANICS products.
• Identify potential retailers, generate new leads,
and onboard retail partners to expand the brand's market presence.
• Explain product features, ingredients, perks, pricing, retailer margins, and available promotional schemes to prospective customers.
• Negotiate commercial terms within approved company policies and convert prospects into confirmed orders.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email to close sales and generate repeat business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, shop owners, salon owners, and other business partners.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and work towards increasing order value and retailer acquisition.
• Maintain sales records, lead databases, store-visit reports, follow-ups, and order details using MS Excel and other digital tools.
