Job Purpose:
The Incharge - Facility Management O&M; is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of an assigned building or project. This includes overseeing essential services such as horticulture, billing, maintenance, and ensuring smooth execution of all in office activities. The role ensures tenant satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service delivery and operational efficiency while adhering to established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Incharge - Facility Management O&M;
Building Operations Management
Oversee daily operations of the property, ensuring all activities are carried out efficiently.
Ensure proper functioning of utilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and fire safety equipment.
Horticulture Maintenance
Supervise landscaping and horticultural activities to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the property.
Coordinate with vendors or teams to ensure timely care of plants, lawns, and other green areas.
