Role Description The Sales Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Guwahati. The Sales Engineer will engage with industrial clients to understand technical requirements, propose suitable engineered solutions, and support the sales cycle from lead generation to order closure. Daily tasks include preparing and delivering technical presentations, conducting product demonstrations, responding to technical inquiries, and coordinating with internal engineering and service teams to ensure accurate solutions and timely delivery. The role involves regular customer visits, relationship management, and after-sales technical support to maintain customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. The Sales Engineer will also track market trends, competitor activities, and feedback from clients to help refine Mascot Dynamics’ offerings and contribute to business growth.
