Role Description The Corporate Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Surat,



responsible for driving corporate insurance sales and building long-term client relationships. This role involves identifying and approaching prospective corporate clients, leading presentations and discussions on employee benefits and commercial risk solutions, and managing the sales pipeline from lead generation through closure. The Corporate Sales Manager will oversee key accounts, coordinate with internal underwriting and claims teams, and ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with client expectations. Daily activities include sales forecasting, monitoring sales operations metrics, reporting to leadership, and collaborating with regional teams to support growth initiatives. The role requires consistent on-site client engagement, market research, and participation in events or meetings that expand Arham Secure’s corporate network.
