Education:
• Graduate / Postgraduate in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Management, or a related field.
• MBA in Sales & Marketing / Healthcare Management will be an advantage.

Experience:
• 5–10 years of experience in IVD, POCT, medical devices,IVF, healthcare sales, or hospital business development.
• Strong experience in hospital sales and institutional business development is preferred.
• Candidates with experience in cardiac markers, emergency diagnostics, critical-care products, or POCT will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities of RM's
- Place POCT analysers with clinics, hospitals and corporate accounts in the assigned region
- Onboard ~3 clinics and ~2 hospitals per month, with first consumable orders at placement
- Ensure clients meet their monthly minimum billing commitments
- Drive repeat consumable orders and renewals, and follow up on collections
- Maintain client relationships and share monthly pipeline and placement reports
